INDUSTRY-INSTITUTE COORDINATION COMMITTEE
Introduction:
The Industry-Institute Coordination Committee has been commissioned in the college with an aim to link the Institute with the Industry to share the knowledge and to upgrade as per the industry norms to bridge the gap between Institute and the Industry. The committee arranges plant training/industrial visits and guest lecturesand relentlessly focus on exposing the students to industry and encourage them to acquire knowledge and skills on latest industrial trends and technologies.

Mission:
- To address the gap between academics and the industry and to promote the industrial consultancy
- To build student-industry interface
- To familiarise students to the industrial norms
- To train the students to face the challenges in technological aspects
Objectives:
1.To arrange industry visits to students and faculty
- To design industry oriented applied projects for PG students
- To invite industry experts to deliver lectures in symposia, seminars and conferences
- To signMoUs with industries and organizations for fruitful interaction
- Inviting eminent industrial personalities for development of academic curriculum as per industry needs
- To promote entrepreneurship among the students
- To generate funds from industry/other agencies for maintenance, and development of the cell
- To provide industry-oriented training programs to students and increase the percentage of placements in industries.
